01 Agreement & acceptance
This draft describes the proposed conditions for using font software supplied by Heyfontlab. The license grants permission to use the font software; it does not transfer ownership of the font or its design.
The licensee is the person or organization identified in the purchase record. Review the final approved agreement and selected license before installing, embedding, or using the fonts.
02 Your licensed scope
Your purchase should identify the font family, license category, and applicable scope. Depending on the category, that scope may specify users, domains, products, productions, brands, or a named organization.
Permission for one use does not automatically cover another. A website, advertising campaign, logo, or application may require distinct rights. Additional entities, uses, or deployment requirements should be confirmed with Heyfontlab.
03 License categories
The following categories match the licensing overview. Their detailed permissions and exclusions belong to the selected license. This draft does not independently grant all of the uses listed below.

04 Restrictions
Unless expressly permitted by the selected license, do not sell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly upload, or make the original font software available for download. Do not claim ownership of the fonts.
Do not provide font files to unlicensed parties, allow unauthorized extraction from an embedded product, or use the fonts outside the purchased scope. Delivering artwork is not the same as transferring a font license.
05 Font access & delivery
Retain your purchase confirmation and license records. Store downloaded files securely, and limit access to the users, entities, or vendors expressly covered by your agreement.
For work delivered to clients, use outlined, flattened, or otherwise approved output where required. A client or contractor who needs to install or embed font software must have the appropriate permission.
06 Duration & upgrades
The duration of a license must be stated in the final approved license terms. The current licensing overview includes a proposed lifetime term; that term requires confirmation before publication.
A lifetime term does not automatically expand the purchased scope. If your team, traffic, distribution, or intended use changes, review the license and obtain any necessary upgrade or additional coverage before the new use begins.
07 Ownership & responsibility
Heyfontlab and any identified rights holders retain ownership of the font software and associated intellectual property. Purchasing a license does not give you the right to resell the fonts as your own work.
You are responsible for selecting suitable coverage and ensuring that authorized users comply with the license. Warranty, liability, and applicable-law provisions must be completed and reviewed before this draft becomes a published agreement.
08 Termination
Any termination conditions and their consequences must be defined in the final approved agreement. Do not assume that payment authorizes use that is expressly excluded from the selected license.
If a potential licensing breach is identified, contact Heyfontlab to clarify the issue and the required next steps. Any remedies, notice requirements, or continued-use provisions need legal approval.

If your project does not fit the published categories, contact Heyfontlab before use. Describe your intended media, organization, team access, and deployment so the required scope can be clarified.
